Nish Hair was started in 2017 by Parul, a woman with a deep passion and love for hair. As an entertainer, she understood the importance of managing hair and the damage that often comes with it. She also noticed the lack of high-quality human hair extensions available to the general public. Many were made from synthetic hair strands and were not versatile enough to meet the needs of women suffering from hair loss, hair thinning, alopecia, or damaged hair.
So, she saw that hair extensions could be a solution to these problems and a way to spread joy and confidence. After much brainstorming, Parul decided to start a business around hair extensions. She began experimenting with raw materials and started Nish Hair in her living room with her mother. She named her brand Nish after her nickname, Nishu, given to her by her mother with much love.
From these humble beginnings, she built the company over the years, creating a home-grown brand that fulfils human needs and celebrates freedom in one of the most basic ways possible.
Parul’s love for hair and understanding of the entertainment industry’s behind-the-scenes work led her to create a brand that solves common hair problems. Today, Nish Hair is a proud D2C brand that spreads joy and confidence through hair extensions and accessories.

The average order value is Rs. 5000 & the Monthly Marketing spend is Rs. 1.3 lakhs.
The last three month’s sales were;

In FY 21-22, the sales were Rs. 6.7 crores with a net margin of 30%.
The projected sales of FY 22-23 are Rs. 15 crores, of which Rs. 1 crore was from Scalp Line Hair topper.
