iMumz guides & monitors expectant mothers 24/7 and acts as their lifestyle coach. Through the iMumz app, they guide them about the importance of lifestyle, design a schedule they follow & ensure that they should adhere to it.
iMumz has a full program for pregnant women that covers everything from preconception care to recovery after giving birth. The program is made to give each user personalized advice based on their due date, medical history, and personal preferences.
It has daily tips and updates, webinars with activities, and workshops led by experts.
They offer two plans in their app;
The premium plan where they provide certified nutritionists, yoga trainers & doctors who supervise them & their health.
The standard plan, where they provide access to their content library
They also conduct a live-classes where expectant mothers can connect with various experts for lifestyle education.

Ravi and Mayur graduated from IIT in 2017 and turned down corporate offers to establish a health startup because they meditated and practiced holistic health at Art of Living facilities. They wanted to promote holistic health after seeing its benefits.
In 2019, they founded iMumz to aid expecting moms after meeting over 100 gynaecologists, pregnant ladies, and prenatal and perinatal psychologists. Research showed that prenatal development was the most important.
The idea was born there, and they decided to provide expectant mothers with the best womb environment to have intelligent, happy, healthy babies.
With help from Dr. Jaideep, they started with this mission & established the iMumz app in 2020.
About the company:
iMumz was started in 2020 & is run by a group of IIT engineers and doctors dedicated to improving pregnant women’s and new parents’ lives. In turn, they have partnered with leading specialists in the fields of Psychology, Ayurveda, and Neuroscience to give outcomes based on scientifically-proven approaches.
Since its inception, more than 6 lakhs+ ladies have downloaded the iMumz app. They have a monthly active user base of 1.1 lakh people, of which 30,000 are paid subscribers.
iMumz has a clear business plan and a mission to make pregnancy safe, so babies are born healthy and happy. The iMumz app tries to be a problem-solving buddy for new moms by giving advice and support around the clock. This is especially important in today’s world, where traditional support systems may not be as easy to find.
