Their weekly subscription is available at Rs. 180/day & monthly subscription at Rs. 150/day. One can order from Swiggy & Zomato also. Soon, they will launch their own mobile application.

Payal Pathak, the founder of The Simply Salad, went through a divorce when her son was just two years old. To make ends meet, she started a paying guest (PG) business, which had occupancy of 150 girls before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

However, with the PG business shut down due to the pandemic, Payal decided to pivot and start a healthy food brand. She had previously made healthful and delicious food for her son, which inspired her to create The Simply Salad.

True to its name, The Simply Salad provides fresh, healthy, and tasty salads. Payal aims to cater to the growing demand for healthier food choices by offering nutritious options.

Payal’s story highlights the importance of adaptability and seizing new opportunities, even in the face of challenging circumstances. It also shows how personal experiences and passions can lead to successful entrepreneurship.

About the company:

The Simple Salad, a cloud kitchen from Ahmedabad, was started in 2020 after covid hit India, and since then, they have fulfilled 35000+ orders with daily orders of 80-90. The brand has quickly gained popularity among health-conscious customers in Ahmedabad and has received positive reviews for its delicious and nutritious salads.

The Simply Salad currently has 50 weekly and monthly subscribers who receive regular deliveries of their salads. Additionally, through its delivery services, the company serves 30 to 80 customers per day who order their salads.
